Hi Jim,

I know that the Freda Windows app is supposed to have good integration with Perfect Dictionary from the Microsoft Store. Unfortunately, Perfect Dictionary seems to be abandoned and unsupported, and for new users it is impossible to download dictionary files due to errors within the app.

Other than Perfect Dictionary, are you aware of any other offline dictionaries that integrates well with Freda on Windows?

 I'm new to Freda+ and cannot figure how to get Freda+ to display a book beyond the microscopic size it's appearing in on my Surface 3 Pro. My 60+ year old eyes can't read anything as small as what I'm seeing. Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.

I am sort of new to Freda but I've been working with e-books for a while. My native language is Dutch and often, hyphenation isn't the best as not every reader/software supports Dutch. Now, I usually turn off hyphenation alltogether so the readers won't have to deal with wrong hyphenation. 

I include the following code in the CSS:

 -epub-hyphens: none;
  -webkit-hyphens: none;
  -ms-hyphens: none;
  hyphens: none;
  adobe-hyphenate: none;

This turns off hyphenation in about everything except Freda. 

What code do I need to turn it off in the Freda reader?

The tags work very well. NOW, what I would like to know is how to delete a tag name after you have created it.  I've ended up with tags like Medical and MEDICAL and end up getting myself confused.  But I can't seem a way to delete one of these tag names.

I like Freda a lot - it has shown itself to be the best e-reader around.

I've got quite a few books in the program and it would be nice if one could place books into named folders to organize them and thereby find them more easily.  

Is there a way to do this?

I started using Freda on my PC quite a while ago and liked using the bookmarks for discussions in reading clubs.  Recently I found the Freda app for my Samsung Android tablet, but when I tried loading, I get the books but no bookmarks.  

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Freda on the Android tablet which did not work among other things.

It would be really great to be able to be reading a book on the PC and be able to continue reading and using the same bookmarks on the Android tablet.

Any help appreciated.

I work with ebooks - saved as epub -
It is no longer opening in Freda -
I click on the book title (has a Freda - logo in front) and it gives me an error "no such interface supported"

I have about 100 books in Freda and I've placed many bookmarks/annotations in them, is there an upper limit that I may hit at some point? Appreciated

I had a few hundred bookmarks in some of my books and I checked them recently and they are gone, is there a way to retrieve them? I heard this happened to so other people recently as well, well just one person, so perhaps it was an update. Thank you

This NEWB has made a mess - I tried to use Calibre as my book organizer and also Freda - but I like Freda the best - I have used my OneDrive for storage and like it the best. But I want to use FREDA to control everything.
What I need to do is clear everything from Freda and start over - is there an easy way to do that?
