Is there any way to set the location to which Freda downloads files?

Freda will keep its downloaded files in whatever location you installed it.  It has to work this way, because of how Windows works for apps that are installed from the Store (Store apps don't have general access to the file system, only to certain specific folders, in which the app is installed).  So if you want Freda to keep its download files on a storage card, you have to tell Windows to install it on the storage card (when you install the app, you should see an option to do that).
