Single Page instead of double on Freda

Here is a photo of what I'm seeing. It used to be that I could see two pages of the book per view, but now it has condensed to one. I'd like to revert it, what are the ways I can do so? Thanks.

Open the settings screen and set 'text columns (landscape) to 2, and now you'll get two columns of text across the screen.  I think that's what you want.
