Can't permanently delete books...

Hello again,

Some of the books I now have in Freda I want to delete but every time I delete the book, then do a merge, the book reappears.

Is there some way to permanently delete books from Freda?  Thanks.

On the 'merge' page, switch to the 'save' tab, to specify extra details about what will be saved to the backup store.  and check the box 'Delete any books from the backup store, that don't exist on this device', then tap the 'save' button.

But do take care with this option - it will do what it says, namely it will look in Freda's backup folder on OneDrive, and delete every file that doesn't correspond to a book in the Freda library on the current device.  You might want to take a look at what's in that folder, and make sure you're happy for those files to be deleted.

That deleted one or two of them, but most of them remain. All the ones from Gutenberg that were pre-installed won't delete along with a couple others that I don't know where they came from, '50 Big Ideas You Really Need to Know' and 'Shadow Walker'.

I'm guessing the remaining ones are probably in some cache storing on the local machine by Freda?
