Images not showing after the update

Hi Jim. The new update brings two problems: 1.- The images on the cover and other images inside are clipped, 2.- The effects for turning the pages do not work. I'm going to send you the log file. Hugs

Hi Jim, I hope you are well. I wanted to tell you that the new update has not fixed the following errors yet:
1) The cover of the book is cut off, as are the drawings that appear inside
2) The transition effect to turn the pages does not work yet
