Getting "System does not support 'windows-1251' encoding" on Android (FB2).

On Windows, the same file opens just fine.

Is there any way to enable support for this encoding?

I'm looking into it - I think is should be possible, now that .Net supports 'CodePagesEncodingProvider'.
