Please take a look in the folder C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\5957Turnipsoft.freda_ypmq2qh89vmny\LocalState\Freda on your PC, and see if you can find a file in that folder called "logfile.txt". If you do find it, please email it to me at jim@turnipsoft.co.uk
The folder is empty, @jim_chapman. Maybe it was replaced with the new install. I've tried to start the app again but nothing happened.
It is requesting admin privileges. Now Freda has to be run as Admin. I am logged in as a regular user for security reasons (my PC was hacked last year). I have been using Freda with this non-admin account since I reinstalled Windows and had no issues until now. I can't now click an ebook in Calibre to open it
