It is requesting admin privileges. Now Freda has to be run as Admin ... .
There is no good reason why Freda should be needing admin rights to run. I've had a look on Google for reasons why Microsoft Store apps might need admin rights, and I see various support questions asked about it, so it seems like it's a known problem with Windows 11 (not specifically Freda). I think you could try logging in to your machine as an admin user, and from the apps list in the menu, uninstalling Freda. Then check the folder path I mentioned above, and make sure that folder is deleted. After that, restart the machine, and log in as a non-admin user, and install Freda from the Store. That might make a difference. But to be honest I am mystified
