Reference tools?
#1
I'm excited to find that Freda is available for my phone. Maybe that's not news, but I only recently found it in the Google Play Store, though I've been using it on my desktop for a few years.

One feature that's high on my list of additional features is reference tools including both a dictionary and a "look up on the web" option for selected text. I believe I've seen other phone reader apps that use a dictionary plug-in, so maybe it wouldn't be too complicated to add that feature to Freda.

Thanks for the great work in getting it this far.

Hi - that feature is available in Freda - in the latest version of the app, if you (1) select some text (2) tap on it (3) choose the 'find' option, you should then see a popup asking you what you want to find - whether to search in the text, or search a dictionary, or translate, or search in google/bing/wikipedia etc.  Please email if it's not working for you.
