help?
#1
I have been using Freda since june, very happy.  My wife and I are going on a cruise this weekend, and I was attempting to get freda to read the list of my books from  my one drive, so my wife could download them finally.
\
I've attached a few screenshots (1-4 ) in this message #5 went directly to your email with my upgrade proof.

For the life of my I can't seem to understand why I can't see  all of the directories in the cruise-books directory.

any ideas?

It does seem odd!  I have emailed you some suggestions of things to try, to help me understand what is happening

For the benefit of anyone else looking at this thread: we did find a solution.

The issue was that, in Freda, only some (not all) of the subfolders in OneDrive were showing up.

The reason for this turned out to be that two different users had access to the OneDrive, and some of the subfolders were created by one user, and some by another. OneDrive's permission setup meant that one of the users could see only the subfolders that they had themself created. Solution: if you have many users who can create folders in your OneDrive, check in the OneDrive web interface (https://onedrive.live.com) that each user is seeing the folders you want them to see, and adjust file/folder permissions so that folders that are meant to be visible to other users are indeed visible to them.
