If you pick a phrase that appears a lot in the book, it won't display all of them.
It will scroll the list, to put the nearest hits at the top of the list. So to see earlier ones, you'll need to scroll the list (mouse-over it and use the scrollbar, or with a touch screen, drag the window contents, or with a mouse scroll wheel, turn the wheel).
It's not doing this. I "find" searched the last name of a character in the book from a point in the middle of the book. I knew the result list couldn't have included the first reference in the book to this character, because it didn't provide the usual descriptive material when a character is first introduced in a book. I verified this behavior by "find" searching from the beginning of the book, and in this case the result list did include the first reference to the character in the book.
